Terms

These terms cover ImagineTechVerse Live packs, free or paid. By requesting or buying a pack you agree to them. The puzzles on the site stay free to play on your own and need no account. Last updated November 2026.

Who we are

ImagineTechVerse is an independent learning project operated by Priyanka Mukim (“we”, “us”), who provides the packs.

For anything about your pack, including questions, complaints and requests about your data, email us at myquest.ai@gmail.com or reply to any email we’ve sent you. We aim to reply within two business days.

Who can buy

• You must be an adult (the age of majority where you live). If you buy for a company, school or group, you confirm you’re allowed to do so on its behalf.
• The person who buys or requests the pack is the Grid Master contact: we send the link and all pack emails to them.

What a pack includes

• A private Grid Master link, emailed to the address you give, to run live crossword games for your group.
• The number of games and the players per game shown when you bought the pack (or approved for a free pack). A game is used when its timer starts; opening and cancelling a lobby doesn’t use one.
• Any puzzle offered for Live games, including Live-only puzzles that aren’t on the public site.
• The pack lasts the number of days shown when you bought it, counted from when it starts (straight after payment, or when we approve a purchase we needed to check). After that, the link stops working, unused games expire, and results are no longer available.
• Players need only a phone or computer with a modern web browser and an internet connection; no app or account.

Prices and payment

• Paid packs are sold in the United States, Canada and India, in each country’s currency, at the price shown on the For teams page when you buy. The checkout page shows the full price, including any tax, before you pay.
• Packs are sold on our behalf by Sold through Link, LLC (“Link”), a Stripe company, which acts as the merchant of record: it takes the payment, handles sales tax, GST or HST, and sends your receipt. Your statement shows the charge as LINK.COM*. Link processes your payment details under the Stripe privacy policy.
• In the United States and Canada, any sales tax is added at checkout. In India, the price includes GST.
• Promo codes are entered at checkout and can’t be added after purchase.
• Players can’t be added once a pack is bought, and neither can games. For a bigger group or more games, buy another pack. When a game is full, nobody else can join it.
• If the country of your card or billing address doesn’t match the country you chose, we may check the purchase before the pack starts, and may refund it instead.

Refunds and cancellation

• No refunds, unless we can’t deliver your pack.
• You can ask us to end your pack at any time. Ending a pack doesn’t refund it.
• If a payment is refunded in full before any game has started, the pack ends. If a payment is disputed with your bank, the pack is paused until the dispute is resolved.

Fair use

• Keep your Grid Master link private: anyone with it can run your games. If it’s shared by mistake, ask us for a new one.
• The Grid Master is responsible for their game: telling players how it works and what’s shown on screen, and removing anyone whose nickname isn’t suitable. Don’t use Live to collect personal information.
• Don’t resell or share packs outside your group, and don’t try to break, probe or overload the service. We may end a pack that’s being misused; a paid pack ended this way isn’t refunded.
• Free community packs are for the group they were approved for. We may decline any request.

Our content

The puzzles, clues, learn cards, designs and software are ours (or used with permission). A pack lets your group play them during your games. You may show them on screen and talk about them, but please don’t copy, publish or sell the puzzles, especially Live-only ones.

The service

• Live is provided as is, as an educational activity. We do our best to keep it running but can’t guarantee it will always be available or free of errors. We may improve or change features and the puzzles on offer, without reducing what a pack you’ve bought includes.
• As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect losses, and our total responsibility for a pack is limited to the amount you paid for it. This doesn’t limit anything the law doesn’t allow to be limited.
• ImagineTechVerse is not affiliated with or endorsed by Amazon Web Services. Live games are not an official AWS training or certification activity, and exam tags on puzzles are for learning only.

Your data

What we keep and for how long is in our Privacy policy, including what we keep from a purchase. Payment details are handled by Link and Stripe under the Stripe privacy policy.

Changes and legal details

• We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Packs already bought keep the games, players and days they were sold with, under the terms in place when you bought them.
• These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. If you’re a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws where you live, and you can bring a claim in your local courts.
• If any part of these terms can’t be enforced, the rest still applies.
• These terms, the order details shown at checkout and in our purchase email, and the privacy policy are the whole agreement between you and us about a pack.
